It's that time of year where all of your favorite retailers start rolling out their top toy list! Kohl's has released their list and Toys R Us has released theirs! This is an exciting time time of year for me. The saving has started, the kid's have made their Christmas list, I am making my plans, and the husband and I are making our lists! The complete list includes 36 toys expected to be popular this year, with the top 15 making it onto the coveted “Fabulous 15″ list. The great thing about this holiday season with Toys R Us is that they have lowered their shipping threshold to $19!

As we all expected, Star Wars is making the top list but Frozen is nowhere to found on Toys R Us' list.
