My Influenster Wellness VoxBox Review + Unboxing Video!

A few days ago I received my Wellness VoxBox! I was super excited to test out the items that were in the box. I got a sneak peek at the Influenster YouTube video to see what I was getting.

Let's talk about the amazing products that were in mt VoxBox.

Olay Active Botanicals Refeshing Gel Cleanser. This retails for $5.99. In my voxbox I received a Target store coupon for $2.00 off! I love Olay products and this product was amazing! This cleanser is infused with snow mushrooms which holds 500x it's weight in water. It washes away impurities and it left my skin feeling extra soft! My daughter and I have been using it since I received it. When using this cleanser, you won't need a lot. Just a little drop will do. It feels and smells amazing! It did not dry out my skin like most cleansers seem to do. I'm running low so I will have to use my coupon and head to Target and grab another. Remember that you can stack a manufacturer coupon with a store coupon at Target!

Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer. This retails for $7.99. I actually just bought another one because it was all gone withing the first few days of me receiving it! In my household, there are 4 of us and we bathe/shower once we get home from school/work and in the morning. It looks like regular lotion but you apply it right after you get out of the shower. Don't dry yourself. You have to apply this when wet and then after it's applied, you pat yourself dry. It left us all smooth. My little one loves it. He always wants to takes a bath just so that I can apply this awesome moisturizer.

ATTITUDE Hair Care. This retails for $9.99 and can be found at Target. These shampoos are made with worry-free ingredients. While cancer- causing chemicals, mutagens, and reproductive toxins are still legally tolerated contaminants in hair care products, you won't have to worry about finding them in theirs. This smells great and it made my hair feel great! I usually get a dry scalp when I wash my hair but not with this product. It made my hair feel silky smooth. I loved this shampoo when I tried it. I didn't care that I didn't get the conditioner because I didn't need it! The minute I started using it and felt the lather, I noticed how soft it made my hair feel. It felt natural, healthy, and for the first time I did not have a dry scalp after my hair dried. That tells you that other shampoos that have all of those toxins are doing harm to your scalp! Check out my picture as proof. My hair is still drying in this pic but look at how soft and shiny and healthy my hair looks!

Colgate Enamel Health Mouthwash. This retails for $2.99 and you can find this anywhere in any store. This new mouthwash is wonderful. This new formula strengthens enamel where brushing may have missed.

UrgentRx Ache and Pain Relief To-Go. This retails for $1.39 and I usually see these at CVS by the registers. I've always wanted to try this and I used this baby withing minutes of opening my VoxBox. It really did work! It knocks out the aches and pains of a workout before they get to you first. If you get hurt after a workout, take it before your injury gets worse. It's fast dissolving and it's got the dose of flavored aspirin to reduce inflammation and pain. And a shot of caffeine to help you and that aspirin get to work fast.

Yaye: Group Fitness motivation and connection. This app is Free both on the Apple and Android platform. It is amazing. I used to use my S Health app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 but I have started using this app and I love it! Soccer Cleats for Under $30 at Sports Authority!

My daughter has joined the high school soccer team and needed soccer cleats fast. Every single place I looked, they were $50 or more a pop. I decided to head over to Sports Authority and just look around. I found some awesome cleats on clearance for $29.97! My job as a frugal soccer mom is done. I now have a child that is in the sport to match my vehicle. :-)

Toys R' Us Clearance Blast Sale!

Over the weekend, I made my way to Toys R Us. I could not believe my eyes when I saw their baskets filled with all of the clearance toys! They had bins that were labeled under $10, and under $5. I had to take pictures.

They had talking Olaf's for only $9.98! They quite a few in their bin. The Frozen epidemic is not quite over so make sure you grab some and save these for Christmas. These will make great gifts!

They also had the Imaginarium 5 puzzle set for only $9.98! This is a steal! If you have any toddlers then this is the perfect gift to help them strengthen their brains.

This bin was filled with a variety of different items that ranged in prices from $2.98 to $7.98. As well as the bin that is pictured below.

My favorite clearance item of all was the talking Agnes doll from Despicable Me. She was on clearance for only $19.98! The Minions were still at regular price for $80.99. I wanted her so bad but I'm sure some little kid out there wanted her just as bad, if not more. There were a few left so make sure you head over to your local Toys R' Us and check to see if there are any left. It's never to early to start shopping for Christmas.

Tonight my kids and husband wanted a fast and I wanted an easy dinner. We headed to Redner's Warehouse Market and we got the items for tonight's dinner.  They wanted hooter wings. Redner's is the only place that sells the Hooters wrong sauce so we had top go there plus their process are fairly good.

The pack of chicken wings was $9.78, the bag of McCain Steak fries was $2.99, and the Hooters wing sauce was $5.59. I didn't have any coupons but for this meal, I didn't need any. I cut the chicken wings in half, washed them and seasoned them with salt and pepper. I then deep fried them for about 30 minutes.  While the wings were cooking, I opened up the Hooters wing sauce and scooped it out into a bowl.  Once the wings were finished,  I took them out of the fryer and put them in the bowl and swirled them around the sauce.  You want to make sure that every wing is coated in the wing sauce.

Fry or bake your steak fries and serve with your Hooter wings. There you have your dinner under $20 for 4!

Back to School Shopping for the Perfect Backpack.

This past weekend, my daughter and I were on the hunt to find her the perfect backpack. We came across a few that she liked but none that she loved. The ones on pictured below were all cute. She loved the light teal and the doughnut one but I don't think it's smart to start off high school with a doughnut backpack.

We spotted this one from the corner of our eye and it was super cute! The Aztec theme is pretty popular and has been for a the past year. The backpack has a laptop sleeve, a little slot for her phone (which she will only use to put her hand sanitizer in), and the one pocket is lined in a soft, furry material! Staples has their backpacks on sale for 25% off so this one that I purchased was priced at $42.99 and I only paid $32.24!

You want to make sure that the backpack you pick is not only stylish but has enough room for all of your things. You also want to look for durability and JanSport has done the job since I was in high school.

Since my daughter is starting high school, she didn't want her backpack to look too childish or too plain. I think she made the perfect choice with this one. I absolutely love it! Let me know what you guys think and how hard or easy it was to find the perfect backpack.

Disney Expo 2015: Toy Story 4, Finding Dory, Moana & More!

I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am about all of the new movies coming out that Disney revealed during their Disney Expo yesterday! I was  so excited that I yelled so loud internally that I think my face showed it. Because let's face, how awesome is Disney PIXAR?! My oldest grew up watching all of the movies and so did my youngest. Being that I am frugal, I make sure I save extra for when these awesome movies come out so that I can make sure I take the kids on opening night.

The Good Dinosaur comes out in a few months. This movie is about an Apatosaurus named Arlo. While traveling through a harsh and scary landscape, he makes a friend along the way who is a bit unusual named Spot. He confronts his fears and discovers just how incredibly courageous he is and what he is capable of. There are 3 T-rex's in the movie. Sam Elliott voices Butch, Anna Paquin voices Ramsey, and Steve Zahn voices Nash. Arlo's parents', Momma and Poppa are played by Frances McDormand and Jeffrey Wright. The Good Dinosaur will be released November 25, 2015, a day before Thanksgiving! This makes for a great family movie night.

Cars 3 will be released in 2018. All we know right now is that John Lasseter, who directed the first two movies will also be doing the third. The plot of the story has not been released as of yet. I'm sure the voices of the characters are still all the same and we might even get to see a few new ones in there.

Toy Story 4 is set to be released in the Summer of 2017. I am super excited for this to come out! My son is super obsessed with this movies series. We have seen Andy grow up and go off to college and give Woody so a little girl. Toy Story 4 though will be focusing on Woody and Bo Peep's love story! This has been a long time coming since Toy Story 1. Rashida Jones and Will McCormack wrote the script for this movie and she has said it was a dream come true. Bo Peep's character is based on John Lassetter's wife. John Lassetter, if you remember directed the Cars franchise and will be directing Toy Story 4. How beautiful is that? I'm guessing this will be around maybe around June.

The Incredibles II has been rumored for years but now we finally have a confirmation. We have a release date of 2019. Brad Bird will be writing the script. We don't know anything else as of yet since of course it's super top secret right now. The Incredibles came out in 2004 so as you all know, it's been a long time coming. My daughter was 2 years old when it came out and she'll be 18 when this one comes out. I'm excited to see baby Jack-Jack all grown up.

Finding Nemo was my daughter's favorite movie ever. When she heard Finding Dory was in the works, she almost cried from being overjoyed. Ellen DeGeneres will voice Dory of course but this time we get to meet some new people. Dory decides that she needs to find her family. Marlin and Nemo join her until she becomes lost. Now it's time to find Dory. Dory's parents are played by the incredible Diane Keaton and the hilarious Eugene Levy. Kaitlin Olson plays the Killer Whale named Destiny (which happens to also be my daughter's name), Ty Burell plays Bailey the Beluga, and Ed O'Neill plays Hank the Octopus. This movie is set to be released on June 17, 2016 so start counting down my friends because Dory is about to have us all laughing our faces off! Look at a sneak peek pic of the movie below!

Coco is a movie about a 12 year old boy named Miguel who finds himself in the realm of the dead. He dresses up in a skeleton mask to hide his identity but the mask falls off and they all freak out. This movie is colorful, vibrant and tells the story of "El Dia de los Muertos" which is translated to "The Day of the Dead". This is celebrated in Mexico and this movie was inspired by it. As of right now we don't know anymore details but we do know that this film will be released in the Fall of 2017.

Gigantic is set to be released int he Spring of 2018. This movie is a retelling of Jack and the Beanstalk. The movie is set in Spain. You'll also see a few sneak peeks of the drawings for the movie down below. Frozen's songwriter's Kristen Anderson Lopez and Robert Lopez will be providing the songs for the film so you know that the music will be a hit. Another repeat of "Let it go". Jack's new friend is 11 years old and 60 feet tall! She is fiery, feisty and a lot to control. I have no doubt that this movie will be a huge hit in the box office.

Judging by the drawings pictured in the back, it looks like this movie is changed a few things which is great!

The final movie is Moana. I wanted to save what I think will be my favorite movie to come out from Disney in the last 5 years. This movie is set to be released November 23, 2016. I need to make myself a countdown for this somewhere. Moana is a teenager who sets sail on a daring mission to prove herself a master way-finder and fulfill her ancestors' unfinished quest. Her grandmother tells her stories of her ancestors' voyages. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson plays demi-god Maui who Moana meets on her voyage in the South Pacific Ocean. Moana tells a beautiful and articulate story.

During the preview last night at the Disney Expo, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson got emotional. He stated "This is my heritage, I am proudly half-Samoan and half-black". Moana will feature music from South Pacific fusion band Te Vaka. This movie will make you cry, laugh, will inspire you, and more.
