Recipe of the Day: Bloody Eyeball Cupcakes

Look what we have here! I opened up my email to see this! Amazing! This is a great recipe to do with the kiddos.

Things you'll need:

• 1 pkg.  (2-layer size) white cake mix
• 1 cup  boiling water
• 1 pkg.  (3 oz.) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
• 4 oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 2 Tbsp.  butter, softened
• 2 cups  powdered sugar
• 12  JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, cut in half
• 2 Tbsp.  red colored sugar
• 24  semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 2 Tbsp.)
• 2 tubes  (0.67 oz. each) red decorating gel
