These easy appetizers are a tasty bite of cheeseburger flavors to serve at your next gathering.

Makes 36 servings
Ingredients:
Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 36 wonton wrappers, cut into 3-inch squares
Burger
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
Toppings
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed
Directions:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate until serving time.
- Spray mini-muffin pan cups with no-stick cooking spray. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake 6-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely; remove from pan.
- Cook ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned. Drain, if necessary.
- Stir in pickles, milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Spoon meat mixture evenly into each wonton cup. Top each with chopped lettuce, sauce and sesame seed. Serve immediately.
