INGREDIENTS:
- Spaghetti squash
- Ground turkey
- Pasta sauce
- Garlic
- Herbs (basil, oregano, dill, parsley, pepper, salt)
- Coconut oil.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut squash in 1/2, place face down in baking dish, add inch of water and bake at 500F for 20 mins. 2. Add all the other ingredients (minus coconut oil & sauce) in a bowl and make meatballs. 3. Add coconut oil to a pan and cook meatballs thoroughly. 4. Once cooked cover with pasta sauce until warm. 5. Once squash has baked for 20 mins, shred squash with fork. 6. Add squash to plate and cover with meatballs and sauce.
